  1. General Provisions
    1. The Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation (“TEL”) will operate the VIP Rewards Program under these VIP Rewards Rules, as defined below.
    2. These VIP Rewards Rules (the “Rules”) are comprised of (1) the Tennessee Education Lottery Implementation Act; (2) the TEL’s policies and procedures governing VIP Rewards, Play It Again! and Second Chance programs; and (3) these VIP Rewards Rules. In the event there is an inconsistency between or among these documents, the document listed first shall be controlling.
    3. By submitting an eligible non-winning instant ticket or any eligible drawing-style game ticket into VIP Rewards, an entrant agrees to be bound by these official Rules.
    4. The TEL may use, without limitation, an entrant's name, hometown, likeness, and/or voice in any promotions, research, marketing, publications, or other advertising media, including, but not limited to, the TEL websites, without compensation or additional release.
    5. The TEL reserves the right to use the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of all entrants for research and marketing purposes.
    6. An entrant must be at least eighteen (18) years old to participate.
    7. Entrants must have a valid U.S. address in order to register and to participate.

The TEL may amend these limitations at any time, and from time to time, in its own discretion and without notice.
    2. If a player achieves the Accumulation Cap or the Redemption Cap, the player will be able to register eligible non-winning instant tickets and any eligible drawing-style tickets for the purpose of receiving entries into the respective Play It Again! Drawings or Second Chance Drawings, but not the VIP Rewards Drawing.
  3. VIP Rewards Points
    1. Players earn VIP Rewards Points by entering eligible non-winning instant tickets and any eligible drawing-style tickets online at the VIP Rewards website accessed from www.tnviprewards.com (the “Website”) or on the TN Lottery mobile application (“Mobile App”).
    2. Points are non-monetary numerical values assigned to eligible non-winning instant tickets and any eligible drawing-style tickets that are added to a player’s VIP Rewards Account in exchange for submitting the ticket information on the Website or Mobile App.
    3. A non-winning instant ticket or non-winning drawing-style ticket has no cash value. Winning drawing-style tickets have no cash value other than the lottery prize awarded when the ticket is validated. The VIP Rewards Program is a reward or affinity program, which provides Points for each eligible entry.
    4. Each eligible non-winning instant ticket or eligible drawing-style ticket has an assigned point value.
    5. Points received will be revealed to the entrant on the Website or Mobile App upon successful submission of each eligible non-winning instant ticket or any eligible drawing-style ticket.

    4. Points remaining in a player’s account after the termination of the VIP Rewards Program shall be null and void, and ineligible for further use.

    3. A player may have no more than one (1) active account. Duplicate accounts registered to the same player may be disabled at the TEL’s discretion. Points associated with accounts so disabled will not be transferred to another account, and shall be null and void and of no value.
    4. Failure to fully provide required information will cause a player’s request to register to be rejected.
    5. The TEL assumes no responsibility for incorrect information provided or typographical errors by a player in the registration form or for a player’s failure to update account information. A player is responsible for updating account information as needed by logging in and going to his or her account page.
